First for working for Coca-Cola after working there for 13 years his business unit was sold and his position was no longer needed. Second he was working at Farmer Brothers and was fired this year, April first. Both these companies are giving up full employment to keep their companies in business and saving money.

This is economic equality because a single mom does not have the best chances raising kids with no jobs. she could go bankrupt and end up homeless.
